over the last couple of years life has presented itself to have some great highs and some pretty devastating lows. dealing with multiple deaths of close family and friends, moving to a new country, making new friends, leaving toxic friendships and learning about myself has been part of it. i’ve been pushing myself to believe lately that i can always get back up again… and i have.
